Barn Owl Sculpture, Bird Wall Art, Polymer Clay Wildlife Figurine Wall Hanging, OOAK

Regular price $ 175.00
This is an OOAK (one-of-a-kind) barn owl sculpture - a polymer clay wildlife figurine and original bird wall art. This bas relief piece would look great on the wall of any owl lover!

Birds of all kinds have a special fascination for me and owls happen to be some of my favorites. Barn owls are the most widespread land bird species in the world. Barn owls have a raspy call versus a hoot like most owls. Be sure to check out  All About Birds to learn more barn owl facts - it’s a great reference site!

I use Super Sculpey polymer clay for creating my sculptures, and then paint them by hand using acrylic paints. After painting I apply a water-based polycrylic coating to the sculpture, this enhances the colors and acts as a protectant. The panel has been painted on the front and sides with a satin finish interior paint. **Please note that the stand is for photo purposes only, and not included. This piece is ready to hang.**

SIZE: This barn owl sculpture is approximately 7” (17.78 cm) tall and 3” (7.62 cm) wide. I have mounted the sculpture on an 8” (20.32 cm) x 6” (15.24 cm) cradled birch painting panel. The entire piece weighs 1 lb 1.5 oz (.54 kg) before packaging.

SHIPPING: This piece will ship via U.S. Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance in the U.S., and First Class International with Insurance to other locations.
