We ship most items internationally. If there is an item you're interested in that does not have a shipping price for your location, please contact us and we'll be happy to see if we can ship the item to your location.
Please note that you are responsible for duties, taxes or any additional fees from your country on international shipments. We will not mark packages "gift", as it is against the law. We take great pride in our products, and we want you to be happy and excited with your purchase. If there is any problem, please contact us within 3 days. If item is broken, we'll need photos of the packaging and the item. If a refund should be required, all costs less shipping will be returned.
Everything will be packed as carefully as possible – please contact us immediately if there's any damage so we can work with you and make it right. If there is damage, please don't throw anything (packaging or item) away - it will be needed for insurance purposes.
If your item is custom made (either handmade sculptures or manufactured photo items), we do not offer refunds unless there is a defect caused by the manufacturer or through shipping. Photos of custom sculptures will be e-mailed to you prior to the final balance being paid to ensure you are satisfied before the item ships.
Please note that we do sell our items online in more than one location. Should there ever be an occasion where the same item is purchased on both sites, it will be sold to the first buyer and we will refund the one that came latest according to the time stamps on the orders.
